The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of WordStone's services, including translation, localization, interpretation, and other language-related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Service Agreement outlines the scope of Services to be provided by WordStone, the timeline for the completion of the Services, and the payment terms. The Service Agreement is created upon the receipt of a request for Services by the client and the acceptance of the request by WordStone.
Payment Terms: Payment for Services is due upon receipt the service request, it also could be advanced deposit payment, then complete the payment before receiving the service, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Invoices sent by email, and payments can be made cash or by Vodafone cash or bank transfer. Any late payments may be subject to interest charges.
Confidentiality: WordStone will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's written consent. All client information will be used only for the purposes of providing the Services.
Liability: WordStone will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. In no event will WordStone be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.
Intellectual Property: All content on WordStone's website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WordStone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The client agrees not to use any content on the website for commercial purposes without WordStone's written permission.
Termination: Either party may terminate the Service Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of any Services that have been provided up to the date of termination.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
Amendments: WordStone reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Services after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
